Participants have from January 1 through September 30, 2022 to earn points.

Pay incentives (credits) will be issued in the 2023 payroll year and paid over 24 pays.

The maximum annual incentive for successfully completing all components in 2022 is $1,200 for either employee-only or employee-and-spouse coverage.
